We started Texas Home Performance in 2004 with a goal to provide exceptional service to the Central Texas community. We understand the unique needs of our neighbors and take pride in offering personalized solutions that make a difference.
Our journey has always been centered on family—both ours and the families we serve. As our business has grown, we have stayed true to our core values of trust, hard work, and connection to the community.
As the owner of Texas Home Performance, Jeff has been providing HVAC service in the Austin area since moving to Texas in early 2000. Jeff’s background in HVAC began when he attended Northern Michigan University where he graduated with an Applied Science Degree specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technologies. Jeff spent years as a service technician expanding his knowledge of HVAC and gaining the trust of customers all around Austin. A year after marrying Rushell in 2003 they decided to start their own family business and have never looked back. A big part of the Texas Home Performance journey has been partnering with our Carrier equipment dealer Robert Madden Industries. Robert Madden is also a family owned business that holds the same values and pride in providing quality equipment and service to their customers that they think of as family.
We are proud to be partnered with Robert Madden and the Carrier brand as Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers. Texas Home Performance was awarded for Carrier equipment sales from Robert Madden Industries in 2022 and 2023 for Top Sales Growth in a Large Market (Austin Texas).
